Tormented by deadly thirst,
He died on the battlefield.
Foul wind encircles
His bloody hand

Through rivers of blood and bodies
Dead eyes closing,
The maiden walked toward him,
Her legs barely touched the earth.

Energies filled my revived body,
Time stood still in the silence of sleep.
Through the darkness and dust, I saw a figure,
And her voice called to me:

"Awaken brave warrior, your duty is not yet fulfilled.
You cannot fall to the enemy here.
Find the strength, and you will be able to rise,
Your sword and armor await you."

We walked along the ice's thin edge,
As the sun's glare was replaced by gloom,
And the shrill cry of silence
Pierced my heart like an arrow.

I caught glimpses of the shadows behind me,
And a whisper could be barely heard.
But the sword has appeared before me,
And I have been chosen to bear it.
